Become aware of your thoughts

Guided meditation

In this guided meditation we aim to have our thoughts focused on the present moment with the help of counting each time we inhale and exhale.
We shall now attempt to focus on the manner in which we inhale. We shall take deep breathes through our stomach diaphragm which will allow us to full our lungs to their full capacity.
Each time we inhale, we shall hold our breath for 3 seconds.
This time we shall sit in silence with music for a longer period in order to allow our mind to wander further than in the previous module.
Since we are now more equipped to handle this, each time we allow our mind to wander, we shall embrace the feeling and come back to counting our breathing.
