Breath consciously
Guided meditation
In this meditation module, we shall utilize breathing as a means of attaining mindfulness. Our breathing will act as a means of anchoring us into the present moment. We will be counting our breath each time we inhale and exhale. Our aim is to observe our own thoughts without judgement. Whenever we find ourselves thinking too much, we aim to bring awareness back to our own breathing.
