Competition Visualization for combat sports
Guided visualization
This meditation is made out of two parts.
In the first part we will try to get our body to fall asleep while our mind will be wide awake.
Second part is the visualisation part, we will go to the competition you are preparing for.
We recommend that you find the images of the competition venue where the competition that you are visualizating will take place.
The outside and the inside of the arena.
That way you will enrich your imagination and the visualization will be even more powerful.
